Return & Refund Policy

Returns

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@armouradvancements.com or call us at 01985 601105 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Shipping: Once your return request is approved, you will be provided with instructions on how to ship the item back to us. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
  3. Inspection: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions outlined in this policy. If the return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the returned item and confirming that it meets the conditions of this policy. Please note:

 

  • For credit card payments, refunds may take additional time to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer.
  • If the returned item does not meet the return conditions, we will notify you and return the item to you at your expense.

Returns policy

Returns for Used Firearms, Unused Ammunition, and Other Products

For all used firearms, unused ammunition (where approved), and other products and services, Armoury Advancements Limited offers a standard 28-day return period from the date of purchase. Please note the following conditions:

Used Firearms

 

  • The firearm must be in the same condition as when it was sold, with no additional wear, damage, or modifications.
  • Any accessories, manuals, and original packaging must be included.

 

Unused Ammunition

 

  • Ammunition must be in its original, unopened packaging.
  • Returns of ammunition are subject to approval and must comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Ammunition will only be returnable at 50% of the original sales price where approved.
  • We reserve the right to accept unused ammunition

 

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and specify that you would like to exchange the item. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
